I teach a 2nd/3rd grade combo at Aurora School in Oakland, CA. I have the summer off so I decided to dig out my old blog that I kept when I was a copy editor and trying to make my way as a writer. I live in Berkeley, CA with my husband, Dave; our housemate/tenant, Stacey; our two dogs, Ruby and Ziggy; and our cat, Rumpus.
